Henrietta Road, Rush, New York 14543, or you can sign up in person at the Rush Town Hall. Applications can be downloaded from the Documents page on this website.      ROAD CLOSING: Pinnacle Road between 251 and Lyons Road will be closed effective 9:00 a.m., on Monday, May 17th through August 31, 2010 for two culvert replacements.
