The mission of the Town of Rush Recreation Department is to provide accessible, affordable and quality leisure programs, activities, services and facilities to all residents of the Town of Rush.

Our goal is to ensure Rush residents that all programs and facilities are available for the public to participate in regardless of age, gender, income, physical disabilities, creed or other barriers, which would preclude participation.

The Rush Recreation Department will strive to give the best leisure services and experiences to all its residents within the financial guidelines provided by the Rush Town Board.

The following programs are offered throughout the year in the Town of Rush. Please refer to the Town Newsletter for current or upcoming programs being offered.

• After school program at the Monica Leary School
• Rush Fall Festival program
• Football and Basketball Camp programs during the winter, spring and fall seasons.
• Summer Camp program 7-10 years old 5 weeks, 2x a week between (July and August)
• Rush Seniors Group
• Fishing Derby
• Men’s Senior Basketball program
• Safety classes
