Dear Rush Residents,
Welcome to our town's website. We hope during the summer season you will find ways to enjoy and participate in our many community activities, take walks on our public trails, and enjoy visits to our parks and museums. Please check the News Tab for special articles on local and regional events.
A special thank you to all the volunteers who are helping to beautify our town and support our community including: the Rush Recreation and Park Association, the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts, and all the residents who actively participated the CleanUp Activities in April; the many volunteers who are caring for our town's gardens; the Rush Lions and Rotary Clubs for their ongoing activities to improve our community.
Internet access is a problem for some areas of our community. Please take a few minutes and participate in the County's survey on access to the internet. For more information, read the news story here The survey is available at alchemer.com
We encourage you to sign up for E-news to obtain updates. Check out our Business Directory; our HOW DO I menu selections; and our Accessibility feature (click on person in upper right corner) that allows you to change the size of type and contrast.
Your opinion matters! We welcome your ideas to improve services and supports in our community. Thank you.
Rush is regarded by many as a diamond in the rough, perhaps Southern Monroe County's best kept secret.
Rush's rolling hills and wide open spaces offer a picture-perfect backdrop to our warm community.
Located in beautiful Western New York, 10 miles south of Rochester, the Town of Rush offers the quaintness and friendliness of small-town living while being just a short drive from big-city services and amenities.
